Museum of London Archaeological Archive and Research Centre – Introduction to Finds Processing and Recording

During this week-long course you will learn the basics of processing finds from archaeological excavations. Guided by nearly a dozen experienced practitioners and specialists, you will go through all the various stages from handling and packaging, to sorting and cataloguing. There will be a strong emphasis on practical activities, drawing on one of the world‟s largest and most diverse archaeological collections. Total cost: £260.
